01 Carpathian mineral spring journeys
A Carpathian mineral spring retreat is a five to seven night stay built around timed bathing and drinking sessions at licensed sources in the Lviv Oblast foothills. Every itinerary states the source, its water temperature, its mineral content, session length, and the sanatorium that supervises it.
03 — Journey tiers
Each tier is a fixed itinerary of bathing sessions and walking transfers between licensed partner sanatoria. Nights, altitude and total transfer time are stated before anything else, because those are the numbers that decide whether the route suits you.

03How a journey works
A journey runs six nights with five guided spring visits and four sessions at a licensed partner sanatorium. Groups cap at twelve guests, with one guide for every six. Each day pairs one bathing session between 34°C and 37°C with a measured walk. Return transfers, half board and the printed A5 mineral ledger are included.

05 — Springs reference
Six documented sources across the Lviv and Zakarpattia foothills supply the bathing and drinking sessions on these routes. Each entry records exit temperature, total dissolved solids in grams per litre, and the access conditions on the day it was last sampled.

Measured by the route team with a calibrated conductivity meter before each departure. Last verified 14 March. Shayan No. 7 and Luzhanska No. 4 are seasonal, and Luzhanska is withdrawn from the schedule once the road ices rather than substituted.

08 — Booking
Every enquiry is answered by a route coordinator who confirms the source, the water temperature, the number of sessions and the licensed partner sanatorium in writing before a deposit is taken.
